Lori Weber, Founder and Operator of Lori's H2O Skills, has been a certified Water Safety Instructor since 1989, Certified Pool and Spa Operator since 1996, along with Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid and AED certifications. She is a graduate of Milford High School and swam competitively at the University of Kentucky in 1992-93, has a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education/Recreation Fitness with emphasis in Exercise Physiology and a minor in Psychology from Northern Kentucky University. She was also the Aquatics Director at M.A.C. for 4 years, Kids First Sports Center for 6 years, and for various YMCAs. She coached competitive swimming for various YMCA and USS swim teams. In 2007, Lori travelled to Brisbane, Australia, where she studied swimming under one of the leading swim schools in the nation, Aquatic Achievers. Lori conducts lessons at Beechmont Racquet and Fitness Club, where she plans to continue teaching advanced, swim team level children and families from Anderson Township. In June 2013, Lori lost her father, Loren “Pete” Wilson, to lung cancer. Pete was a well- known educator in Southeastern Ohio and Northern Kentucky. He saw Lori’s gift and gave her the courage to go forth and the determination to succeed.

Lydia is an amazing swim teacher and water aerobics instructor at Lori's H2O Skills. She grew up in Cincinnati and graduated from Denison University in 1979 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education and a minor in Modern Dance where she received her Water Safety Instructor, 7-12th grade teaching cert, CPR, and first aid certifications. Lydia taught at Longwood University for 3 and 1/2 years in the 1980s. In, 2002 she renewed her teaching certificate with EMT basic training. Lydia is a certified Water Safety Instructor, Lifeguard, CPR, First Aid and AED. She has been teaching all levels of swimming since 1980. She has had experience teaching infants to adults and persons with special needs. Lydia is married and has two wonderful sons and one beautiful granddaughter. She has enjoyed teaching lessons since her college days and truly believes swimming provides lifetime benefits to all.
